With four large cities Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego & San Jose within its territory, California is most populated state in the United States of America.

The climate of California is as diverse as its topography & demography. After the Mexican-American war, California was admitted to union of the US on September 9, 1850. Ranging from the Pacific coast to the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the east to the Mojave Desert in the southeast & the Douglas fir forests in the northwest, California is the third largest country in the United States of America.

California is home to one of the most productive areas in the world, the Central Valley. California has begun prospering since the California Gold Rush in 1848. Los Angeles has contributed largely to the tourism sector of the state by becoming the hub of the entertainment industry. It is the tenth largest economy in the world, having prospered tremendously in the agricultural sector, the IT sector & other industries as well.
