There will be lots of traditional Scottish food and music. Singers will be entertaining with their lovely vocal while drummers and pipers will be playing traditional music. Highland dancers will be dancing with the tunes.
If you are not familiar with Scottish food, Haggis is one of their traditional dishes. There is no fixed recipe for it. It is mainly cooked from sheep’s liver. Onion, suet, oatmeal, salt and other spices are mixed with it. To end the process it is boiled in animal stomach for two three hours.
Another traditional item is cooked with barley with stewing lamb cuts and root vegetables. It is called Scotch broth which a soup. It is very filling, originated in Scotland but now popular worldwide. There will lots of other delicious and healthy food items.
